Million Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 pound (450g) spaghetti

1 pound (450g) ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce

8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup (60ml) sour cream

1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Cook Spaghetti

Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 3: Prepare Meat Sauce

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 4: Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture

In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese until well mixed.

Step 5: Assemble the Dish

Spread half of the cooked spaghetti into the prepared baking dish. Top with half of the cream cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Layer with half of the meat sauce and half of the shredded mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.

Step 6: Bake

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned.
