Squid - 250g, cleaned and sliced into rings
Shrimp - 250g, peeled and deveined
Fideuà noodles - 200g
Onion - 1 medium, chopped
Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
Tomato - 2 large, chopped
Green bell pepper - 1, diced
Fish stock - 500ml
Olive oil - 4 tablespoons
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Step 1: Sauté Onion and Garlic
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
Step 2: Add Tomato and Green Bell Pepper
Add chopped tomato and diced green bell pepper to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are softened.
Step 3: Cook Squid and Shrimp
Add cleaned squid rings and peeled shrimp to the skillet. Cook until the seafood is opaque and cooked through.
Step 4: Add Fideuà Noodles
Add fideuà noodles to the skillet. Stir to combine with the seafood and vegetables.
Step 5: Add Fish Stock
Pour fish stock into the skillet, covering the ingredients. Bring to a simmer.
Step 6: Simmer and Serve
Simmer the fideuà until the noodles are cooked through and the liquid has been absorbed. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!
