1 cup (250g) creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
2 cups (200g) powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups (180g) graham cracker crumbs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (175g) semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons (30ml) vegetable oil
Step 1: Prepare Base
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, melted butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Step 2: Press into Pan
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch (23x33cm) baking dish lined with parchment paper.
Step 3: Melt Chocolate
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and vegetable oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
Step 4: Spread Chocolate
Spread the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture in the baking dish.
Step 5: Chill
Refrigerate the bars for at least 1 hour, or until the chocolate is set.
Step 6: Cut and Serve
Cut into bars and serve. Enjoy!
